A lot of nice things I can say about Bruno - can help, care about the guests and - Clean and comfortable place to stay - The bed was a real double (queen size at least) rather than 2 singles pushed together which made a nice change! Fantastic shower and bathroom. The location for us was perfect as we were back in Rome for a few days to visit the colleusem and this hotel is a short walk from there. Close to the metro too so easy access to Roma termini and other parts of the city. Via merulana we found had some great food options - especially if you walk a few blocks. Keep walk

  This was a great place to stay in Rome! The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a nice size bathroom. We were surprised by how quiet the place was given the lively weekend nightlife in Trastevere. We really loved the neighborhood feel of Trastevere. There were numerous bars and restaurants to choose fro - I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover and how it looks from the outside. A+++ in my book.

  Location was great and the staff was very friendly and polite. First day they gave as a great map of Rome which was very useful and we didn´t need another one. All main atracttions were close enough to walk. Rome is really fascinating and impressive town. Room was very clean, but bathroom is a bit too small. There are ministries and good shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a bottle of delicious welcome wine in the room which was nice. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the good cappucino.
