  excellent location for a stop over to southern Italy - but would also have been a great base for Mid Italy. Easy to find, very warm welcome, a/c in rooms much needed as so hot !!!! Restoration of building excellent and lovely to feel the character of the area even just for one night. Secure at night all be it on a busy road. We'd really want to visit again and recommend to friends. - The entire residence was wonderful from the room to the pool and the breakfast. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the complex.

  It was our third stay. Near enough to ALMA in Colorno where our daughter studied. It is central located. Close to visit Verona, Parma, Lake Grada, Cremona. The owner-staff were so friendly and helped us though we cannot understand Italian! It is very clean and you definitely get value for your money!
