This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!

The hotel was very pleasant, clean and the staff were very friendly. The view from our room was wonderful, one of the best we'd have had in Italy. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and the waiter was very friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He is worth a fortune. -

Charming apartment near the top of Spello. It had a beautiful swing-seat and little table & chairs in the courtyard, with a view through the entry arch to the street, and so many people stopped to gape at the gorgeous setting!

The host's were wonderful courteous. I think they would have liked to do more for us but we are well traveled and not as needy as most people. It was kind of them to give us a gift of vino from the parent's vineyard. This was a perfect place to park yourself for day trips all over its a quiet little town. This is a plus for those who have been out all day and need some down time.

Among all the agriturismo that we stayed in, this was by far the best! Location was beautiful, on Mount Subasio, so you get a nice view of the Umbra countryside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness, quietness..etc. The in-house restaurant also served pretty good food, so we were able to enjoy a nice sunset before heading in for dinner. Thank you Alex and staff at Le Mandrie for a memorable stay!

We loved our hosts, first and foremost! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the apartment was spectacular! Location was great - easy walk to everywhere in Spello for the average fit person. Narrow roads, so critical to have a small car! -
