Everything. But most of all the service, the organization and the attention to detail. Restaurant was superb. Excellent food. Strategic location for those that want to explore Tuscany.

The hotel is really cozy and comfortsble, with a lot of character. Located in the amazing city of Bagno Vignoni, it does provide a wonderful experience for the guest. Ask for the La Romantica room! The breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant, and it's a great moment in itself.

Staff had a bit of a difficulty understanding English (maybe the accents) but were still able to help and guide us.

The staff is very attentious with me and my wife. The restaurant reflects exactly the Toscana cuisine. It´s an hotel that is charmous and also simple. Very nice location - wonderful viwes, nice and quite area, good starting point for Tuscan sightseeing tours. Friendly and very helpful staff (speaks English and German). Our room was comfortable however small and with basic equipment (wi-fi worked quite well). In fact they have two buildings - the main one where the dining room is, and the other one - some 600 mt away. Breakfast are in Italian style - cakes (fresh, home-made, really delicious), some cornflakes (sweet of course:-(, no cereals),
