The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way).
The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.

I really like this Hotel. The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of
them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a
call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the
Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I
can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan
area visit.

In fact, the local restaurant, Conte Visconte, was gourmet, had absolutely outstanding food and the restaurant was close to the hotel and was charming. - It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff and facilities are excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel would be hard to beat in any hotel at any price. For example the white duvet covers are new to each customer- so different to the bed covers we have all experienced with a long history before cleaning.
