I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder.
- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

I was concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, which is why we chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as it was sound proof. It was one of the best night sleep I had while on our three week tour. this was our last night. Beds and linen wan very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there eg. dinner and breakfast

For someone who needs to stay a few days ...or even just one night this hotel is just an excellent choice: Shuttle connected to both terminals, quiet area with nice surrounding, rooms are very clean ...as indeed just everything at the hotel, nice luminous reception, sitting area and breakfast hall decorated in warm colors. Good breakfast. Indeed helpful kind and sympathetic staff. I would like to have all my hotels this style. Highly recommended.

It was a splendid residence.
Almost everything you need is there.
If you love to cook a bit for yourself then, this place is your first choice.
Very modern and comfortable.
To really enjoy this place, rent a car and you'll have the fun of your life.

Le service, le sérieux et la gentillesse - Je n'ai passé que quelques heures de 23 h à 05 h 00 du matin, accueiltrès agréable. J'ai eu des difficultés pour téléphoner, donc j'ai prisun taxi pour y aller, par contre, à 5 h 00 du matin, j'ai étéaccompagnée à l'aéroport avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et j'ai même euun café avant de partir.

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. They fit their schedule to your needs. I liked that they suggested a very good place to eat and brought me there.

Newer property that was very clean and comfortable (probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in all of Europe!). The staff was very accommodating and helpful, making sure they showed me where breakfast is served in the morning and how to get in touch with them should I need assistance.
Excellent value. Close to Malpensa but not so close that you hear airplanes all night long.

Welcome transfer upon arrival at the airport and transfer back on my departure day, service in general, friendliness of the whole family (the hotel is run by a really nice and kind local family), cleanliness, great room and shower room, breakfast, the evening conversation :D

The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and although fairly close to the autostrada and 3 km from the airport, we were not disturbed by any noise. It was very convenient for our early flight back to the UK. - We arrived late and left early the next morning, but we had no complaints about the
