found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable

there was no area of the bedroom or bathroom with strong enough lighting for applying make up etc, but that was my only issue

Myself and my fiacnce travel quite a lot and the wesport plaza has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, excellent staff, service,food and comfort, will most certainly be back.

The Staff on the reception desk where extremely helpful.

On arrival the room was smelly like sewerage but was sorted out very quickly when I mentioned it.

Clean and tidy with friendly staff, ideally located for discovering Westport.

During breakfast we were disturbed by staff collecting empty glasses and plates, this was annoying. I appreciate that they were trying to do their job but they could of waited a bit longer.

Beautiful rooms, bathrooms in particular are amazing! breakfast is one of teh best i've had. staff really friendly and helpful. great location.

Not enough parking in the underground carpark. a little pricey

The leasure center was closed for renovations, this was a big disappointment as travelling to a sister hotel is not practical

Merlot restaurant was disappointing both in terms of food and service. Pillow were most uncomfortable in the bedroom but thankfully improved by helpful reception team.

The food from room service was fabulous, been able to watch movieswithout any extra cost

Our jucozzi was broken whici I was really looking forward too afterwalking crough patrick, we were unable to open the window to our room asthere were building works going on outside it and we were woken up bythe builders bright and early monday morning, the hotel did not informus that there were building works going on

The bedroom was good and comfortable. As was the swimming pool. Thebathroom facilities were good. The breakfast room service was goodand on time.

Plenty. Arrived just at 9.30 P.M. on Friday night and room serviceended at that time. That is too early and does not take account ofpeople properly. A proper hotel would have accommodated us after a longjourney cross-country. The nightclub noise was disturbing our sleep.The spa facilities cost extra so it is not part of the hotel roomprices. That is bad.
