We had a lovely spacious room.
Friendly bar and reception staff and great food
Everything
Excellent location Value for money Friendly staff Would use again
friendly staff
The staff is incredibly kind. From check in to departure. Kathryn at the desk and all her assistants. In the dining room and pub area , Thomas , David and Anthony are superb. The rooms are comfortable and it is a great value. Proximity couldn t be beat. Close to all the attractions. My second time there. I wouldn t even consider a different locale.
Rooms newly and nicely redone, staff super friendly and helpful.
They were experiencing internet problems which couldn't be resolved that evening. Restaurant experience was mixed - my husband told them potatoes were raw and meat was also not up to standard -whereupon he was served a freshly cooked and excellent meal with massive apologies.
Bar and restaurant
We loved how friendly all of the staff were! Everyone we encountered from the receptionists to the bar staff, waiting staff - they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was excellent - both in the bar/restaurant and at breakfast. This is a lovely, cosy hotel.
There was no full length mirror in the room.
The staff were very efficient, friendly and always available to ensure one's comfort and satisfaction. Food was excellent and breakfast team went that extra step to welcome and offer assistance. The Irish welcome was in evidence throughout my 5 day very pleasant stay. I especially liked the Eco Friendly approach. I will be back 'le cunamh Dé' . Bridget G. Ottawa.
Location, staff, decor.
Nothing
Location was ideal as we wanted to climb the reek and also be within walking distance of restaurants and pubs.
Staff were so kind and friendly. Lovely welcome at check in. Beautiful food and excellent service in restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely to see restaurant staff were so attentive to kids in restaurant.
Bedroom was dated. Tv channels poor. Room too hot and unable to control rad in bathroom as broken. Unable to leave bedroom window open due to traffic noise.
Friendly staff / homely
Bathroom lacking toiletries
service
Great location, good food.
I stay at the Mill Times a few years ago, I thing it looks tired and need a make over.
Staff were very friendly and good location.
we had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel ,the breakfast was good and evening dinners too and it was great to climb croagh patrick for us
Friendly staff Spotless hotel
Difficult to get parking
the hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable. the one thing that stood out for us was the staff. they were so friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to laura at reception. laura took time to talk to us and was so helpful.
Loved the food so central to the town and staff were excellent. Lovely friendly atmosphere and I did love the hotel. The accommodation was lovely but probably needs some upgrading
Car park was an absolute nightmare nervous drivers would be scared. It was very daunting at night not enough spaces and so difficult to get into.
Good location.
Had 3 person room. Thought that for 180 for one night it was very expensive. also due to circumstances arrived at twelve thirty but no effort was made to let me check in early had to wait till after four. Was disappointed with this.
Staff & food
Bedroom& Bathroom need refurbishment
Location
room at front was noisy as I had to have the window open during heatwave
Clean friendly great location
very friendly and helpful staff. clean quiet room and great breakfast choice. very central to town centre
evening dining was to open plan . . . perhaps lose the tv or put in a few free standing screens to define more secluded areas
All staff very friendly and helpfull. really enjoyed my staff.Hotel in centre of Westport so easy excess to the area
no negatives,good value
The helpful staff excellwnt cleanliness food very good
Radiator in bath room on constant , room temp not adjusted according to weather conditions uncomfortably warm ,toast should be made for breakfast and left on table as toaster too slow and brekfast was cold by the time we had got toast
hotel is fine no problems and would stay there again
rooms were a bit too hot
everything
Efficient and very helpful, the breakfast is always lovely so its the only place for me to stay in Westport.
We had booked the room last minute but got room 333 which was a huge room with a jacuzzi tub. Despite all the great live traditional music in Westport we ended up enjoying the room that evening. It was also very convenient having a restaurant and bar downstairs.
The car park was full but that wasn't a big deal because a nearby car park was very reasonable.
very comfertable and warm
i liked everything about the hotel
this was a fantastic hotel. Great staff, bountiful breakfast buffet (with additional cooked breakfast), spacious rooms with homey wooden decor, and a large, modern washroom. Right in the middle of town. Enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner at Mangos and a great night of music at Matt Malones. Westport was a highlight of our trip.
The parking garage is for staff only (don't try to go down - it's very hard to get out!) Parking is across the street in a paid lot (but we only found that out after circling the block a few times and getting stuck in the parking garage).
The food was amazing
Staff are very polite and well trained . the position of the hotel is very good for going out to local pubs in the evening
i found my room 330 a bit lacking in the light department with only two bedside lights to lighten the room , a bit hard for reading at night
All the staff were there to help you at all times and nothing was to much trouble
The bed was a little to soft for my taste
Very convenient location. Staff (particularly in the restaurant) very friendly and helpful.
Hotel centrally located, staff extremely friendly and informative. Sorted out a minor issue we had with the room quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will use hotel again.
Decor a little dated but not a real issue.
excellent location, extremely friendly staff, good food, great value, lots to do in Westport ie Greenway and climbing Croagh Patrick & Westport House
poor parking, can be noisy with hens & stags
Decor was nice in lobby. Room was very clean.
Layout of room was tight little room to move between bed and other furniture (room230) . Also room was way to hot and you were not able to turn down radiator,
Great value. Wonderful food. Friendly efficient staff.
central to all ammenities and querkie little carpark.
nothing
Very good breakfast, friendly personal
lovely staff, perfect location for walking to pubs/restaurants/shops in the area.
room very small there was 3 of us (3 single beds) which we requested but could have got a bigger room.also it was so hot we cud not turn heat down so we did not sleep well.
Staff.
Car park to small.
Very conveniently placed to explore the west coast of Ireland and also for eating out, drinking in the evenings. Close proximity to pubs. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable rooms and bathroom well equipped.
out-of date television!
The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food both for breakfast and bar food were simply fantastic
Having to wait till 4pm for our room to be ready.
Excellent location
Room was clean and well furnished.
1. Noise from the street outside the window interfered with sleep. 2. Room was very hot even with the window open.
