Everything! We love the central location of the hotel, air conditioned rooms with a 'decent' river view, bright quirky design and colours throughout the hotel.
Most of all, the professional caring way in which Kara, the manager, handled my concerns/complaint. (Thats the sole reason I rate staff as 'excellent')
She listened and accepted our grievances and quickly took ownership of the problem and offered what I felt was a very sincere apology.

We are just back from a one nights stay at the Radisson Blu. We had a lovely time and I would definitelt recommend to my friends. My youngest loves to swim so she just loved the pool. If you want to relax I would recommend the spa it's amazing. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. - Very comfortable room, excellent staff and great leisure centre.

We thought (my wife and I) the weekend in the hotel was brilliant, the hotel was lovely, food excellent and staff very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and I must say I would definetly go back again. The value for money i.e. the room, spa, etc was very good. - The staff were very helpful and gave a sense that nothing was too much trouble

The staff and facilities were excellent. As we had young children and infants the staff were only too willing to help. The food was excellent and the bar staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent. - The organization, the cleansing of the room, the restaurant and the use of the wonderful swimming pool included in the fee.

The helpfulness of the staff. Catherine, of the hotel, was wonderful
assisting me .Considering that I had a health issue developing, it meant
so much to me. The housekeeping lady was so cordial and friendly. The
dining room staff were so helpful and friendly. The Irish breakfasts

felt very safe and secure while staying in the hotel. The hotel is so
centrally located to the bus and train system. Taxis are located right
outside -
Got a very good rate for this hotel and we were pleased with what we got. Easy walking distance to city centre and easy driving to the places of interest around Sligo. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and we found the bed very comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment here but we were within walking distance of some nice restaurants, and bars. Lovely decorated foyer to sit down and relax, read the paper in etc.

The receptionist Sinead was very helpful and friendly. When I had a
flat tyre the next morning and the car hire company (Hertz)
wouldn't help, she found someone to change the tyre for me, and
then located the nearest tyre depot and gave me detailed written
directions. I'd also like to say thanks a million to Arthur the
waiter who changed the wheel

I never thought that I could afford the Yeats Country Hotel as I always had the impression that it was out of my league. While we only stayed over night I must commend the service and the room. Yeats Country Hotel is the only hotel establishment that we have stayed in Ireland that served drinking tea properly. Many thanks for that experience and we will be back for another stay if the price is right.
