  Bedroom facilities. Ensuite very clean. Beds comfy, good airing (been in hotels where couldn't open window so it was lovely to be able to do so).Wifi. Breakfast menu was good but..... - We had a few issues with our room but was up-graded the next day and it was excellent. We were met with a friendly welcome smile from all the staff in all areas.

  It location was perfect and the locals were the best. Interested and very very friendly. Made us feel very welcome and the food at the Harbor Bar just down the street was fabulous! The beer was not bad either. Front porch for coffee and cocktails with the neighbors is cool.   Excellent service, really nicely decorated all over. Great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, the biscuits are a welcome added touch. Thanks for a lovely stay. - We were only there for 1 night but we were warmly welcomed and found the room and bathroom spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.
