From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. The reception staff who we dealt with were friendly and very helpful. We actually arrived at the wrong Travelodge Hotel not realising there were two in Limerick and the lady at reception sorted out a transfer to the hotel we were at as it was nearer to a conference I was attending.

The staff we're extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel has limited parking and a deal with the nearby car-park for overnight parking - open 24 hours. Nice bar downstairs, open late for residents. Breakfast included juice and boxed cereals, and an order from a limited menu. I had the mini breakfast which was a small-portions fry up, perfect really as the full Irish

The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.

Extremely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fantastic price. Beautiful campus with lovely stalls, places to have food. Brilliant bus service to concert. Everything made very clear to you in polite , warm, friendly way. Better than any hotel experience I have had to date. Maybe give out info on where people can get local buses to town though.. -

Regular bus service into the city, so didn't need to use car at all. Really good value for money. Lots of parking on campus, and it was free.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly from first impressions at check in and right throughout our stay. Restaurant was really good with a very high standard of food and service. One of the top 3 fine dining restaurants in Limerick in my opinion. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
