  The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed our room was lovely and cosy. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. Full marks to all concerned. Michael Hegarty, Galway

We actually arrived at the wrong Travelodge Hotel not realising there were two in Limerick and the lady at reception sorted out a transfer to the hotel we were at as it was nearer to a conference I was attending.
