Much more beautiful than the photos suggest. The reception area is all open and very welcoming with friendly staff although all very young they seem to do a good job. The rooms were very spacious.. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. Their room service was really good. Our room was always clean for the 2 nights we stayed there. Kebun Villas location is also very accessible to many convenience stores, restaurants, a few pubs; all within walking distance. The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. -

First of all the people working in the resort are excellent-you are the guest and not just the number.Also the cook is very good and he always comes to the table to ask a guest if the food is good.Breakfasts and dinners on the beach are something special.And at last Yuca-the owner is very nice person. A beautiful boutique hotel, with careful thought given to interior design in colours and decor. The rooms are spotless and despite the resort situated on the main coastal road and our room being towards the front of the resort, we heard nothing once we closed our door.
