What I liked? Everything! We stayed at the beach villa, everything was
perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private
villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv,
movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air
conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The
butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want
to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked
for flaws. There

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

The staff was amazing. The personal butler was something I wasn't sure about initially but they took care of the details for dinner reservations, sightseeing tours and had good recommendations for everything in the area which was great. Thank you Dewa and Sato! They made our stay in Seminyak even better than expected.

The big picture is perfect. They really are spot on. The villas are
really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience
for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The
restaurants are the best at any hotel I have been to - and trust me, I
have been to most - and the constant and caring attention of Director of
Cusine that we experienced, Richard Millar, makes a huge difference!

The staff are very helpful and friendly and cant do enough for you, the Balinese people are the most genuine friendly people we have met anywhere in the world. The pool bar was excellent and the swim up bar was a good feature which was well used by the guests. The spa was very calming and relaxing and very reasonable compared to the prices in the UK. Where do I start??? It is everything, starting from the excellent and punctual driver who came to take us from the airport, smiling, cleaning wet towels and cold water.

We stayed at Seminiyak Villa booking a 1-room villa for five nights. The
Villa @ Seminiyak Icon was incredibly cozy and well kept. The premises
was kept very clean, everything you need in a villa is provided. The
staff at the Villa was simply amazing, who never fail to attend and
accommodate to every of our needs. Special mentions for reception staff
Ms Tina and Ms Mina who were extemely friendly and helpful. Their
beautiful greetings with smiles every day only opened a new day for us
every sin
