Staff were generally great and very friendly.
Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!)
Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe)
Grounds are immaculately kept and stunning.
Location is good and security is excellent.

Beach side villa we stayed in was amazing. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

I loved everything! The staff was great, the service was amazing (I enjoyed having breakfast at the pool and having a great variety of food to choose), the room I had was very comfortable (incredible huge!) and the hotel was close to the beach. For me, was like staying at paradise. This is a great hotel where I felt perfectly comfortable and relax

Excellent service. Staff were amazing! Rooms were large and very clean. Huge bed and flat screen tv in room. Air con was good. Lovely view of the pool. Breakfast included was very nice and large! 10 min walk to Seminyak square or 5 min in taxi. Would definitely book again. Travelled as a gay couple also and this was not an issue.

The Hotel is a little bit outside of the crowded and very loud village of Seminak. With the Hotel shuttle or a taxi you can reach the beach, the shop or restaurants easily. It's also possible to have a 20min walk because around the hotel is nothing. The hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet.

I like the pool inside the villa, was so nice, always clean. Love it.
Also like the bed and the pillow so comfy.
And I love the location, its in the middle of Seminyak area, but still feel private inside the hotel area. Really near the Bintang Supermarket , a lot of souvenir shops around, and nice boutiques.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and they communicate well in English. The villa is very spacious and luxurious with sleek interior deco. It is also equipped with amenities such as a mini kitchen, large fridge, bath tub etc. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Even though it is situated alongside a busy road, it is very quiet in the villa and you literally can't a sound from the streets. Sleep quality is excellent.

The staff of this hotel are well versed with the area and can offer suggestions. They are courteous, can strike a conversation without being obtrusive.

Excellent Hotel , good service and great location.Room was very spacious , however , the view onto what looked like a bomb site was not good.The roof pool was excellent as was the breakfast.The staff were all friendly and we liked the entrance to the Hotel the free cocktail was an added bonus.All in all very good value for money in the middle of the shopping area of Seminyak. The 24 hr checkin/out is a good idea as late arrivals still get their full stay.

We stayed in a well-furnished, spacious, and remote one-bedroom villa, in which the bedroom, living room, pool, poolside, bathroom (also the towels) were clean. Staff were helpful 24/7. Great cafes around. We had the most relaxing time and would definitely be back!
