The staff couldn't be more helpful. I had an issue that occurred outside of the hotel and the staff were amazingly helpful giving up their time to help me. Five star, first class politeness and general behavior. The villas themselves are lovely and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

This is not their usual location as they are building, downside to this is that the villas are located on a back street which isn't very interesting and a short walk from the main road.

Private pool and living area, nice to escape from the hussle and bussle of Bali. Close to everything in Seminyak.

Building works going on, in villas and opposite entrance. Stayed last year was quiet as a library, lots of drilling and banging this time round. Also, entrance has moved and is now a bit more treachorous to walk to main road, but still not far to go.

Pretty good location, approx 10 min walk to shopping/eating street and a bit more to the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms, very nice outside and pool area. Free travel back to the airport service after stay was also great

Price of taxi if ordered from the hotel is way more expensive as it starts at a min of 25,000 Rupia, even for a ride into Seminyak main street of 1 km. Best is to just stop a cab that passes by Resort is undergoing some renovations, which lead to noise Breakfast is a bit below par, not what you would expect from a 4 star resort

The whole package, from the incredible staff to the relaxed ambiance of the hotel. I know some guests are not happy with some of the building work to improve the hotel but I can HONESTLY say that they went out of their way to make everything go smoothly. We will definitely be going back to stay here. Thank you .

Great setup, fabulous private pool, very quiet, staff very friendly and obliging. We would definitely recommend La Villais to our friends.

The quality of some of the furnishing could have been better, and kitchen accessories were very limited. This did not bother us in any way.

the organised trip to kintamani was a disaster.the driver provided by the hotel did not take us to all the places and instead was more insistent we experience a nearby spa.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked-in to the moment we checked-out! The location was amazing and just 1 street away from 2 main streets in Seminyak. The staff was exceptionally amazing and the hospitality world-class to ensure that you are as comfortable as you can be. The added value was that if they have a driver available, they will shuttle you for free to your location location around Seminyak! Everything is walking distance but because of the hot weather, if you wanna go to a nice restaurant without getting hot and sweaty even if its a 10 min walk, the free shuttle is very handy and even if they don't have one available they will you a taxi which is super cheap in Bali! The villas are so beautiful that you will not be dissapointed at all. Pool temperature perfect and so inviting and the layout and architecture is great. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back :)

NOTHING! Except maybe the quality and portion of the room service food can be improved. No biggie as the restaurants around Bali are great but knowing that you can order good room service food is definitely a plus as the villas are so comfy and beautiful that you are inclined to want to just laze in the villa and not leave.

Loved that it was well presented, has a real luxury feel to the rooms and overall. There was a lovely paved path that ran between the Villas, it was landscaped and neat. The villas are private and quiet, you could be anywhere. You have your own pool, entertainment area, kitchen outdoor/indoor areas to relax. A spa is in the complex and the massage and beauty treatments are professional with the staff in uniforms and very well presented and obviously trained, not always the case in Bali! The rooms are cleaned properly, everything works, there is a sound system as well as 2 televisions with global coverage, not just local channels! There is a turn down service, room service, a restaurant, a courtesy bus to take you to the shopping area. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Everything is here for you to enjoy your stay in Bali.

Genuinly happy and friendly people who does not know what good they can do for you. Very service minded, and solved a problem for me without charging me extra.

They should have included, or indicated all extras that could be expected on their tour programs, e.g admission fees. Not a big deal, but good to know how much money to bring. Also, spa prices did not include taxes and service charge, and this is normally mentioned in price as cost ++, which it did not.

I loved the size of the private pool in the villas, this was a huge positive. I have stayed in villas which have only a small dipping pool, so this was great.

I didn't like the breakfast, I think they could do a lot better. Although this villa was priced well because we got a great deal on letsbookhotel.com even for the good deal I would have expected a better breakfast. My suggestion would be larger selection of juices, real coffee from a coffee machine.

When we stayed MAJOR Renovations were happening and the Main Pool and Lobby were not accessable, we were not advised of this when we booked and felt a little cheated as only half the resort was available. Also walking around the streets was a nightmare!!! as the footpaths are of a fourth world country with open holes everywhere and often forcing you on to the road into mayhem traffic. it makes Kuta look like a sleepy town...

The location is OK, individual small swimming pool in every unit is great, unit design was beautiful, staffs were helpful

Breakfast was poor, need to redesign the lighting, not enough light everywhere, can't even see clearly the food we were eating in the dining area. Mosquitoes were too much especially in the opened areas such as swimming pool, living room, and kitchen.

Stayed for 17 nights with my wife. Beautiful villa, great pool, very clean. Staff fantastic. They made us feel as though we were the only guests. Addressed us by name and could not do enough for us. Drove us to places we needed to go such as supermarket and money changer as well as scheduled shuttle to Kuta. Breakfasts were nice with sufficient choices- my wife enjoyed the banana and strawberry pancakes. Cannot recommend La Villais highly enough. A truly great experience. ( we have been to Bali 10 times so can compare)

Staff were lovely. Main Street is really close (walking), nice design of the villa and the pool gets plenty of sun so it's not too cold. Breakfast was good, it's a small place so you can't expect a big variety.

We have a 15month old baby, just the layout being open to the pool, we couldn't leave him to play in then living unattended, so he was confined to the bedroom. The villa itself seems like it needs some work, build up of mould in places and looking a touch tired, feel the room rate is a bit too high based on the maintenance side.

It's a short walk to the main strip, but can be daunting when you first arrive because there are no directional signs, and the location on google maps is wrong. Cabs are cheap though.

This is the second time I have stayed here (in a one-bedroom pool villa) in the past 11 months (26 nights in total). And this time friends came with me, and also loved it. La Villais is so well-located to great dining and shopping spots (Ginger Moon, Biku, Potato Head, Metis, Ku De Ta et al) and terrific value for money when you can get a deal less than $160/night. Despite being a few minutes walk to the franticly-paced 'Eat' Street, there is no traffic noise and the staff (Fast Eddy included) are terrific. Will definitely stay there again.

The villas are very generously sized, good size bedroom and bathroom and includes a 'outside' lounge room and kitchen. They also have a reasonable sized private pool.

While the breakfast includes on the likely suspects, it is prepared quite poorly and the establishment would benefit from some professional advice. Even their asian breakfast dishes like fried rice are fairly ordinary. On this basis we did not use the restaurant at all but you are close to some very good restaurants.

The staff were wonderful nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were very prompt to cater to all our requests. The Villa itself was fantastic with our own private pool which we could watch TV from. It was the highlight of our stay so relaxing it was like you were in paradise so relaxing it was our little Oasis away from the hustle & bustle from the streets. We didn't need to leave the resort if we didn't want to.Over all a very relaxing stay at La Villais with very professional & friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one..

Things that can be improved on is the water pressure in the shower not great.More storage space reqired in bathroom for cosmetics etc & more draws in bedroom. Vegimite for us Australians for breakfast.

- Villa was roomy with large private pool - walking distance to Seminyak Square and a lot of restaurants - very clean - friendly staff - the price we paid was good value for money

- Quality and choice of items at breakfast buffet was too basic for this type of villa. It did not entice us to eat at the on-site restaurant or order room service for lunch or dinner. - the kitchenette was only half equipped: cups but no plates, no cork screw, no soap, no kitchen towel, etc. - the tiles in the open-to-the-pool living room are too slippery, especially because they easily get splashed from the pool. Our kids slipped and fell a few times.
