the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for stay . It is good for family vacation. It is close to the water park jungle and many other activities for children such as cooking and games. Musholla (prayer hut) area is big and tidy. -

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. After a tiring day out, I can just walk over to the mall and have a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks or JCo Donuts and enjoy the night away till closing. I don't have to worry about

Next to shopping centre, you can hire a car with a driver from hotel reception and have amazing trip to Tangkuban Perahu, hot springs and floating market.

Your reception staff syaiful (hope I got his name right) is very friendly n very accomodative. He went out of his way to weigh my check in luggage as travelling on AirAsia, known for weight restriction, when I expressed my worries. Plus point to Favehotel. No hesitation to recommend

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It was really nice for them to accommodate us with all our special request as we were there to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. The room is perfectly huge, cold and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfectly located at the heart of shopping areas. Breakfast spread was totally amazing.
