Staff are extremely friendly and warm-hearted though sometimes it's
a bit hard to communicate with them in English. The rooms at Aston are
great, clean and with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. -
The service they provided was very good. The Staff was excellent, i would rate them a 9/10 for the customer service. -

Fantastic location, easily accessible to the main beach. Shopping thoroughfare is right outside your doorstep so there are cheap eats and massage places up till late at night.

The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel. It's really save a lot on the transportation cost. -

Tanjung Pinang. Its far off from the harbour thus less noisy esp during
the wkends. A laid back kind of hotel.always choose the bungalow with

The resort is nice, one hour from the ferry but you can see nice beaches and nature during the trip. The resort has everything you need, always smiling and helpful staff, great food, nice spa and compare to other hotels in Bintan, reasonable priced.
