Room service staff in particular Beera Gowda was amazing & he offered exceptional service & made my stay very comfortable.

Rooms are well classified and spacious, It gives a great feeling to stay, Reception staff is so good and co-operative with good communication.

Service by staff was excellent. I had the wrong bookings and they helped me get things right. Whatever I asked for in my room they were quick to give it.
I asked for a non-smoking room but I thought I could detect the smell of smoke.

Checking in and out took rather long.
It was written in letsbookhotel.com that there is a flat screen tv.but in the room there was old model small tv.i think if they want to improve the standard of the hotel they should change this.

Location is excellent. Gym instructor was helpful and very responsive. Good breakfast.
My wife complained that pool was not ready for guests because of party. I did not like the smell throught the premises. The room still had CRT TV. I could not find shower near the poolside

Upkeep is quite poor. Carpets have stains. Furniture is chipped. Definitely not worthy of a five star
