Location, Maurizio is fantastic, kind and helpful. Apartment located in the backyard, therefore NO traffic and street noise!!! (Neither view, but who cares) very generous welcome drink like a bottle of wine, beer, water, fanta, coffee, of course for free! The apartment is fully equipped, modern furniture, comfortable, super bed, full wall mirror next to the bed (for couples ;) bathroom was our favourite. Well adjustable heating system. Felt like being at home! The apartment is HIGLY recommend

"We absolutely loved staying at Budapest Guest Rooms Danube Apartments - close to the river, just a short walk from the main tourist section of the city, but away from the busy areas and therefore - nice & quiet.
The owners and staff are just wonderful – extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean, nicely and practically furnished and just perfect for a family with two relative small kids. Very good breakfast!

This is the best accomodation (location) in Budapest. The metro station is 20m away, all lines, Vaci street is 50m away. The apartment is very spaceous, clean and confortable, 6 adults can be in it. CBA market is in the same building. The landlord is very polite and helpful.

The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.

The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the main shopping street and the Danube river, in a very quiet building block, with surveillance cameras on each level and on the elevator, so it's very safe. The apartment is clean, and you have anything you need. The host is very nice and helpful. And if you're coming by car i recommend us

It was my second time at Katona Apartments and it couldn't have been better!!! Janos (the owner) is a wonderful person, really nice and willing to help. My dad got sick and he found us a doctor really close to the apartment, so he was really helpful. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, clean and very well-located. You can feel like at home there. I'd strongly recommend it and I'll go back there for sure next time I go to Budapest, which is an awesome city

I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!
