My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. Fantastic European fare

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. Stylish compact room with pleasant colours and decoration. New look and extremely clean in all spaces. Staff professional and friendly, ready to help finding answers whenever asked. Our stay at Estilo Fashion hotel was excellent from minute one. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, room spacious, clean and modern. Location in pedestrian mall and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and not far from the river and the large city indoor market. A very pleasant stay. We will highly recommend this hotel to our travelling friends.

We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
