Very comfortable and set in beautiful, cool gardens, perfect for children if you have them or fo relaxing if you don't. Easy walk to nearest beach, which is acceptable (but across a busy road). The villa has beautiful and well-maintained garden with very good parking space. We were at the ground floor which was very convenient for us, as our child could run and play in the garden. The nearest beach is nice and close, but you have to cross busy road. The owners are polite, helpful and chatty.

    The hotel has everything I needed: cleanliness, fridge, mosquito nets on the windows, an organized beach with shades and beach beds, bar service on the beach, and extreme proximity of the hotel to the beach. It even had its own restaurant which you can use if you are too lazy to walk the 10 minutes to center of the village to have lunch. It is not in the center of the village, which excludes it from the summer live - If you are not picky, that's the place for you in the Thessaloniki area, especially, if you travel by car. This family-run business satisfied all our needs offering for the decent price the quiet beach within hands reach...just across from the hotel's garden. Now, after the start of the hotel's beach bar, we were also able to use the beach sunshades and chairs. Overall, it looks much better in reality than on the internet. The room had a great view of Mediterranean Sea only 45 feet from back door......the local small restaurants were great, good Greek good and cold beer.....I Love the people and the facility. - opposite beach with free sunbeds ,own cafe below,( served good pitzas) clean room, cheep.

    We stayed there in August 2014 and the staff were very accommodating and hepful. The rooms are spacious, clean, air-conditioned and you have access to wi-fi/cable. Great value for money. Do not hesitate to book especially if you have a car to drive to the beaches in the area.
