  We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. You can take the elevator directly from the "0" floor where is a covered parking. The hotel is fabulous, with clean rooms, clean kitchinette and bathroom. There is enouth space in the room and more on the balcony where you can relax or eat. The building has exelleny finishes with great taste regarding the dcorations.   Owner/operator, who speaks English well, is priceless, and if I owned a hotel I would hire her immediately. The apartment was spotless and in new condition, being only 3-4 years old from when it was built. Free parking almost at the front door was a great benefit. After 2 weeks and 5 other hotels so far in Greece, Hotel Viana is # 1 and a great value. - A modern hotel, fine rooms, very well equipped. Strong wi-fi signal. Friendly staff, very nice landlady who speaks excellent english. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there's a supermarket nearby and a taverna with great greek food.

  The natural hot spring water around which this spa is built/themed is everything they claim. Excellent relaxation/rejuvenation. The food was superb, and the inclusion of breakfast and lunch was an great deal and convenient. Their are clean to a fault, emptying both spa pools to clean them every night (and they're huge pools).   The location of the hotel was excellent, since we could walk to the center of the town and it was only 100 meters far from the beach! I can describe it as a family hotel and the family-owners were very friendly and willing to help. They even gave us tips that helped us make the best out of our stay there! The breakfast was healthy (yogurt, fruit, home-made - The hotel is modern, spacious and beautiful and is situated in a quiet area, still close to the restaurants, shops and the sea. Our room was very big with really huge terrace and a separate room for the fully-equipped kitchen. The breakfast was rich and healthy. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Staff were delightful, perfect English and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel directions. Would definitely stay again.
