  This Inn was recommended by another famous travel guide and it did not disappoint. It is on an out of the way narrow street and it looks like the nearly 600 year old building it is. Inside, taking in the decor is like drinking from a firehose, it is overwhelmingly beautiful, charming, cute, ....you name the adjective. Mario, the owner, was attentive and - The hotel was ideally placed, very close to the Christmas market and not too difficult to find. Breakfast was very good and I would definately stay here again. If you are visiting the Christmas Market, please bear in mind that all the stalls close by 9pm so do your shopping first and then find somewhere to eat or

  We had a great stay! My husband, myself and our two year-old arrived on a Friday evening and stayed until Sunday. The double room was a wonderful size, especially for a European hotel. We had our daughter sleep in the couch, which could easily fit a smaller adult. (Not sure about the comfort of it.) Our bed was great. Pension rooms are above a bakery but there is a separate entrance at side of building so it is not necessary to walk through the business. Room size was good, beds clean and comfortable. A great rate for the room at his location in the Alstadt. Breakfast was included.

  We stayed in the 4 person apartment. It was a little outdated, but reasonable. It was very clean and ready to go once we arrived. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you have about touring the local area. The biergarten and restaurant were great. The food was even better. Breakfast was also wonderful. Location is extremely close to the Markt Platz and many sites. - Exceptional staff with extraordinary service and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!

  The apartment was lovely and very spacious. We were a couple traveling with our grown son, his wife and 4 year old. The layout of Apartment 4 was perfect for us. We gave the kids the living room and bedroom area at one end of the flat and took the big bedroom on the other side.
