  As a group we loved everything about this,location is excellent for shops, eating out and bus transport, train station is an easy 10 minutes stroll, maby 15 with luggage,pedestrian area means little traffic so good nights sleep can be had, just 2 mins from a fab town park means that if u need to chill out in your own space for a while then its rig... ce que les gens disent » ht there on the doorstep, we were dealing with Christine and she was an absolute angel to us even though we had to gatecrash her a night early due to - The place is centrally located at Garmisch, near bus station, restaurants, supermarket, railway and taxis. The owners are very helpful and nice. They allowed us to take our dog and provided dog bed and bowls. The loft was very clean and providing all kitchen supplies you need for one week vacation. If you plan to use public transportation to go to the sloaps, bear in mind that the interval is quite long. However, taxi ride cost as little as 8 Eur.

  Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The location was perfect, and only a short 15 minute walk to the castles. Haus Alpenrose was very accommodating to us arriving late, and even had dog treats waiting for our dog! The room was very large, and the entire house was peaceful. We never heard noise, and felt as if we were the only ones there! We could not say one bad thing about our - Super nice place and well equipped and maintained. I must say that we were happy we chose this Hotel. The rooms on the above floors had a new Kitchenette and the bathroom were newly done and all kitchen equipments provided were very new and clean. Thanks very much. Free parking was also available and around 5 mts ride to the booking office for the castle tours. The owners were very kind and even offered to support with breakfast being arranged, nice people...surely go again.

Close to Airport, situated just next to the trainstation, cheap train, Good food, excellent breakfast, has a fantastic Asian Restaurant (Kai San) 100 meters who challenges most asian restaurants arround the World !! Go for the "Chrispy Duck on a hotplate".. its a good start =).. Half an hour to go to the Worlds oldes brewery Weihenstephaner where I had the speciality "Grilled Porkneck". Probably much more to explore in better weather conditions.

  The host Christian was very welcoming and had lots of information about Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. - Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.
