Great location and price. The rooms were nice and cozy. The staff was very nice and accommodating. In addition, the hotel provides a free parking pass to be able to park at Europa Park. Very nice, clean and very sufficient. Location is great: slightly away from the noisy main street, but still short walking distance from the lake and shopping area. Galaxy termal centre is 5 min walk. Trans station is two minutes walk. We had really great time and planning to come back. -

Wonderful place to stay. I would advise staying as many nights as you need to explore Schutzwald Sud (Blackforest South) as it is centrally located for all tourist sites; hikes & family attractions. The room we had (facing streetside) was extremely relaxing. The bed was heavenly. Top quality mattress and bed linens.

2 really good rooms, exceptionally friendly hosts. We could not have asked for a better stay in the Black Forest. Brilliant. Only downside is you have to drive for something to eat. The owners will recommend though.

the room was almost ready despite arriving early at midday allowing us to change for a wedding. Staff really helpful. Food good and well priced. they could give more details on the different room styles though ie what exactly is comfort and luxury, the difference.
