  We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. It is a hotel that largely seems to cater to business travelers (bar & restaurant prices are expensive), but they were very... ce que les gens disent » hospitable to my family & young son. Just behind & to the left of the check in desk is a kids play area with blocks & puzzles :) The cri - This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. What a very pleasant stay...will book them again wh
