I've lived for 5 days in studio apartment. It's comfortable and modern. Just 3 minutes from U-bahn Westfriedhof with direct connection to the center of the city / Main train station (15 min). Absolute great value for money.
Although I just quickly saw an staff member, he was friendly and said hello in a friendly way.
Despite I made a mistake leaving the apartment key, the person emailing me was very patient and polite, and also kept me posted until the situation was solved.
I could stay there for longer, shame I didn't have more money and time :(

Proximité du centre. Relativement calme. - Reception was extremely helpful. That is most needed for family with kids. Breakfast and service was excellent. Rooms were clean and neat. Best value for money. - The hotel has a good position to the olympia stadium where I was at the rock concert.

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

The hotel is not actually so far from the center, normal walking in 20 min you are in the old town. we also found that is very close to the place where Oktoberfest fair and attractions are taking place - is good to book well in advance if you intend to come for this occasion.
The breakfast very good, rich, a lot of juices, but not too many fruits. The internet costs 5 euro per day. The receptionists were all nice persons.

Very good location to center and airport, only 10 minutes walking from the metro station.
We were very pleased with friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
The room is big and spaced, with a comfortable balcony that directs to a great park with squirrels. Very silent place to sleep.
