  The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. This is a newly established hotel and therefore has some growing pains, however all that is overcome by a Gracious host and owner Christine.   A very homely Guest House in the heart of Gay Berlin. Staff were friendly and aware of quiet times. Host/Owner was funny and genuinely inquisitive to improve your experience of Berlin. Property was immaculately presented throughout - every area was very clean. Guest rooms were spacious and had character.   This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. They have bikes for renting with good prices (3- - Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped.
