  J'avais pris une réservation pour la veille : chambre normale et petit déj non inclus. J'ai été obligée d'annuler et de reporter au lendemain, pour le même prix, le site m'a proposé une club room avec petits déjeuners inclus. Buffet varié et très bon. Chambre très agréable, mini-bar gratuit dans la club room, super. Piscine, jaccuzzi très agréables... ce que les gens disent » et propres. - Excellent hôtel, service et proprété irréprochables. La chambe "club"que nous avions était tout simplement parfaite. La formule "lounge"(accès illimité 24/24 au lounge avec snacks et boissons disponibles) esthyper-pratique, on a beaucoup apprécié. Petit-déjeuner très remarquable.

  Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and easy. Lena even gave us her own food as restaurant closed lovely girl. All staff nice but Lena went beyond her duties.Breakfast selection brill, even a boiled egg to order. Cosy clean rooms all over excellent.Would highly recomm - The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning. Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping. Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Good price for Heidelberg - it's a budget hotel in Heidelberg which located next by Train Station. it's far away from old town, you better take city tram or bus or drive to there. have free parking but not enough parking space in front of the hotel. it's hard to find the 2nd parking area, you better ask you travel buddy to go to check-in first and get the instruction with map for getting to 2nd parking area.
