The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient.
The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service.

Finally, the agent (that sounds so DDR) who met us was great.
One big reason to recommend this apartment is it -
- Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre.
- Spacious.
- Excellent wi-fi.
- Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too).
- The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust.
- Excellent value for money!

Really friendly guy very accommodating ... The apartment was new and really comfortable I would stay no where eles it was like a home from home ... Location wise for us it was very good close to everything we needed good bars and great restaurants down stairs.

Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. I returned to my old hometown Berlin for a high-school reunion and to see how the city had changed over the years. The location. The fact that we could chill on the balcony overlooking the leafy inner courtyard. Plenty of room for two of us to have a room each (one in the living room) Comfortable beds. Really good value for money. Very quiet and peaceful and area felt very safe. -
