Awesome Location just on the lake on the middle of the old forest. Wa had a see view room and it was one of the best picture of the morning. Fresh rooms with minimal scandinavian interior.
It's really cosy place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful view to the riverside. It's the best value for money, to stay in Berlin.

Staff (german part) should be trained to avoid phrases like "to late to have yoghurt for the breakfast, come earlier to have old variety" (done at 9am)! Not so easy to bring your belonging to the 3rd floor on the narrow stairs. No toiletries except paper. Its is better to service rooms on the daily basis, not ones in 3 night stay. Walls are really thin.
It's not so easy to get there. We arrived very late and the GPS show us the road with ferry that did not work that late so we had to search another road.
No signage on street. No lift. Room right above bar.
