Station de métro Koch Strass juste en face de notre appartement ligne u6 et u2 donc pratique pour les visites (au pire nous avons fait une correspondance!) accès facile via la sortie 20 du "périph" (au sud) vue sur une coure intérieur avec jardin cuisine très bien équipée calme ascenseur stationnement sur la chaussée gratuit sur Koch strass et la rue du local d'accueil quartier sécurisant proximité avec 2 supermarché proximité avec petits commerce et restaurant

Décoration très épurée pas de volets aux fenêtres (mais c'est culturel) pensez à prendre un masque!

The cooker,the location,the balcony

trash bin is ful, not washing machine, trash bin need some more to put in the living room. Some more hanger

A very nice apartment. It had plenty of room. The secure parking garage was a nice so we didn't need to leave the car street. The U Bahn was right outside the door to the building.

You could hear the subway tains pulling in, but it was not disturbing. Overall, I had no issues with the apartment.

It was seconds from the U-Bahn stop. Nice downtown location. Apt. was roomy for family with 2 kids. It has all the cooking items you need for a short trip. It has a garage for a extra small fee. Worth it as on street parking is limited.

Some of the household appliances were to far away from the electrical plugs. Kitchen chairs need to be tightened, bathroom shower could use updating.

Spacious, clean. Nice view to peaceful backyard / garden ( from this studio apartment I stayed in).

excellent value for money for a couple who want bit more the freedom of your own place rather than being stuck in a hotel. Location is great, very central so you can walk anywhere or get Ubahn from right outside front door. Bed was very comfortable although might be a bit cold in the winter with the duvets, great in the summer though. Flat was rear facing which was quiet, no street noise at all and had the sun into late evening

litttle things, like the beds were not made when we arrived, walls need painting and the flat needed more decor, just a few simple touches would improve ir greatly. Plus no balcony as the pictures show. Definately dont expect it to look like the pictures and you'll be fine.

Its location is excellent. Check point Charlie is just 2 min walk. Under ground station is out side the door entrance.

Staff very rude. To collect the keys for the apartment is in different location to the actual apartment, poor direction given to the place over the phone. Took us 30 min to figure out the place where the keys are given. No cleaning during the stay. Towels you have is the towels you keep until you leave, it will cost you 25 Euro extra per day if you want cleaning services.

Good location, spacious. I love the sofabed

Old apartment, poor insulation(can hear the noise outside like cars, train and people talking).

Lift not working. Plumbing not working the morning after I arrived. Staff indifference - "well what can we do, it's a residential apartment" and no offer of getting to the bottom of it or offer of another apartment. Lying to letsbookhotel.com about offer of help (of which there was none), and no refund for any nights. Don't waste your money here. Pay 20 euros a night more to stay somewhere else twice as good.
