The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself. We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money
It is forbidden to make noice from 9 p.m to 9 a.m during the working days and on sataday - Sunday 24hours. as farasi had small children who jusy aren'table not to make the noice i was a bit nervous, but everything was all right. :-)

Very spacious, great location, great facilities, great value.
Wifi did not work. We were promised a 5euro refund for each day of our stay on account of the broken wifi, but we were only allowed collect this in cash from 4pm-5pm on the last day of our stay which was not convenient.

Great location. Easy access to all amenities, transportation and places of interest. Basic utensils and home appliances were provided. Definitely will come again to this apartment.
Sad back no washing machine. Wifi was down not fixed throughout our stayed and nobody came down fixed it. Management should look into this matter before the apartment should be ready for leasing out.
Everything was perfect
Small thing as I was traveling with my kids the tv station choice was limited... But this is small thing nothing which impacts my opinion about our stay
Excellent location, main attractions are in walking distance. Ubahn is just Outside so easy access to all of Berlin shopping areas. We had an apartment with two bedrooms, living area and kitchen plus an outside balcony and a corner windowed balcony. It was spotless, spacious and comfy. Will definitely be coming back.

it was centrally located with easy transport access to the places of our immediate interest and airport. The nearby supermarket was helpful since we wanted to eat in for dinner and get stuff so we could prepare snacks for our day trips.

Booked a one bedroom with balcony as I like having outdoor space. Very large, fully equiped-even had a coffee maker! Took a tea towel as recommended by another review. Everything else supplied. Great location. Great for self-catering & superb location. Halal supermarket, bike hire & numerous eateries within 20 metres. Followed sites public transport x7 bus then u bahn transfer and arrived at a cost of $3.20 Euros. Key pick up is at World of Beers shop as other reviewers stated(helpful if site stated that too). Would stay again. My apartment could sleep 4-5. Less than most hotels for a solo traveller so would book again.
A little dusty but not really a problem. Others have said they are dated but at the price they are light, spacious and well equiped.I Even had a large pot plant in mine haha.

Spacious, clean, comfortable for four, wifi good, cooking facilities fine, fan for the heat, great location in central Berlin, allowed in at 1pm, pleasant helpful staff at World of Beers shop. Beds comfortable, windows keep noise out when shut. Really enjoyed our stay.
Sofa bed broken, a few things didn't work but nothing else important.

We booked for two nights, but for some unknown reasons the booking was confirmed for one night only. It is not a big deal, but it probably better if we were told about this during the booking time not check-in. Not a big deal.

Basics like Drinking water, soap solution, a complete list of furniture / equipments / kitchen tools etc. / Berlin Map / Tie up with local tourist operators / Guides references / Safe Lockers / etc., can be provided (certain things for a reasonable price).
Location was great and easy to find. Had all the facilities we were after except for a kettle. Was a nice little family apartment.
Having not kettle, we had to boil water on the stove.
The Location of the appt is very good. Most of the Tourist places were at walkable distance.It was a clean Apartment and very spacious for my children

There was no mention on the booking confirnation that the apartment & the office are in separate locations. Perhaps instruction on checking in or car parking location & instruction will be helpful. Otherwise the apartment was perfect!

I was told by Berliners that the location is not great but it was fine for us.
Cheap, clean and mostly comfortable, right in the city center, friendly staff.
No toilet paper when we got there, had to go all the way back to the office to find out the password for the wifi.
The apartment was large and had enough beds that no one had to sleep on the couch. The location directly at Checkpoint Charlie is superb. Even though there is a lot of activity on the streets the apartment is quiet and we could sleep uninterrupted. There was no problem getting the parking fee refunded when we told the office the garage keys didn't work.
Check-in process was confusing as we were given an "office" address to collect keys from which turned out to be a beer and wine store. That confusion could have been avoided by telling us to look for a beer and wine store and not an office! The keys we were given for the parking garage didn't work. We checked-in late so by the time we discovered the problem the office was closed. Fortunately we found good street parking.

Excellent value for money, fabulous location; right beside checkpoint charlie and u-bahn station. Perfect for a group of girls on a weekend away; big living area to relax before going out.
Fold out couch was a bit small for two people, but still manageable. Shower leaked onto the floor so was quite wet after 6 showers! But no reason not to stay here.
Vers good Position, near to subway, near to the supermarkt, only 15 min wall to Brandenburg Tor, the appartment is Very Big and clean, with a small garden. It Wirth more than the Price. We would Like to come again.

The apartment was ideal for us. Modern, clean and spacious and in the perfect location.
Nearest U-bahn line was closed for works but this didn't affect us too much.
Everything was perfect regarding the hotel.
The personal was very inpolite and didn´t help us at all. They wanted to sell a map (instead of giving at least one to show you the surroundings) and charged us for leaving the luggagge in a normal place with no security at all (just the person there selling beers).Check in time was 16:00 and they told us the aparmente was ready 16:39.
Location - Small convenient store located at the base of the Apt, Starbucks, restaurants, McDonald's across the street, and U-Bahn/Subway and Checkpoint Charlie one minute away.
Not impressed with the Apartment for the value of money spent. Towel racks hanging from wall in the bathroom, glass over bathroom sink very loose and had to take it off the wall so it didn't fall and break, very dirty under the beds with dust and dirt, and the kitchen sink leaked under the sink. Beds were standard Europen hard rock beds. Location initially hard to find without exactly knowing prior to arrival for check-in.

Lack of maintenance e.g. shower unable to attach to wall bracket, dust under furniture, handles on balcony door and window in one bedroom removed. Dark and uninviting street entrance. Inadequate bed quilts-too short and thin.

We booked one bedroom apartment (1-4 adults), but it had obviously too little sleeping place for 4 people. Note, that check-in office is in another location (Beer shop) and really closed before 4PM
The location of the apartment was fabulous, we were able to walk to most places or hop on the U-bahn at the station right by the apartment. There was no road noise as the apartment backed onto the courtyard at the back of the building. Bakers, coffee shop and supermarket were all within walking distance.
The apartment was very basic. Everything had obviously been done on a very low budget. The kitchen was not well stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been difficult. The bed linen was clean but the pillows were just awful.
The location was great. The apartment was spacious.
The bathroom had mold. There were no dish towels or wash rags. The floors were very dirty.

Location was right at Checkpoint Charlie. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area,
Front office was not co-located with the rooms. Staff at the office was rude. Apartment door appeared to be broken into at one time and the door was patched together not replaced. Not a safe feeling. There was no hot water on the first night.
