  Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful. They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter. Any other request, they would be of immediate help.   I stayed at Marmotel Etoile for 6 nights because I was attending a conference at the Palais des Congres that is at 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.   Great location 5 minutes from the entrance to the Louvre and Metro, and walking distance to many attractions right in the middle of Paris and safe at nights when walking around. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly . The room was basic but had everything we needed and was warm which was excellent as the weather was very cold.
