Friendly and helpfull staff. Especially the receptionist who worked at daytime.
Location is great. Very busy bld de Batignolles is just around the corner, Place de Clichy (and metro Clichy) is 2-3 min on foot, and the hotel is on quiet and safe street.
Fully renovated rooms, very clean. Very comfortable bed.

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

Very nice (and big) appartment with a lot of "air" (high ceiling, many rooms, open solution). Located very close to the Boissière metro station (less than 5 minutes walk). Nice and friendly building manager.

All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. price. 10-15 minutes walk to 3 metro stations, hard to get lost, 3
supermarkets in 5 minutes walk with huge selection of wines and cheeses

Super good location (near Air France office and metro) and comparatively
spacious room for the price. Windows in sleeping area and bathroom
opened into enclosed areas so it was very quiet. The area outside
bathroom was totally private so we had nice breeze through room. We had
room 508 so if you want the bathroom window privacy, request a room

The location was fairly convenient and within walking distance to many
shopping streets, and even to the Louvre.
The rooms were also nicely decorated and well maintained. Three of us shared a room and we were given a duplex room which gave us much privacy and space.
The staff members were also friendly and very helpful. We checked in early and they allowed us to deposit our luggage before our room was ready.
The Italian restaurant beside the hotel serves wonderful pastas (big servings!) - great
