Great Staff, Good Location!
Everything was great and price was good but i think as we get older we are both late 30s early 40s we like bigger rooms and a gym.
this hotel does its best with what it has to offer.
we are not big fans of boutique hotels anymore after a few experiences, but that is a personal opinion based on what we like in a room. I think as you get older you appreciate the accommodations more than when you are younger...wow did i just write that?

Thank you for upgrading us to a suite on our 1st visit to Paris. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, everything was perfect - location, shopping all within easy reach. The Room is clean, spacious and well kept. It was certainly a surprise for us after reading al the comments about the room being small for Paris Hotel. It was just nice for a couple. We like it especially for the location - the Metro which is just 2 mins away and the airport bus as well. The staff are friendly and help

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. Fabulous location close to the Arc de Triomphe and a short walk to the many restaurants bars and cafes on and around Champs Elysees. We could walk to the Seine in about 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. We traveled by train from CDG airport changing at Les Halles and arriving at Charles de Gaulle Etoile which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. With hand luggage this was fairly easy. Plaza Etoile was in perfect position for our trip. Very close to metro that meant we could get to most places easily. But also in good walking distance for those that like a stroll. We slept well too, comfy beds and blackout blinds. Close to some good restaurants. -
