Accueil chaleureux à la réception. Le manager à l'accueil m'a aidé à résoudre un problème avec l'aéroport. Merci pour son aide et sa gentillesse. The hotel was welcoming and very pretty. Even the lift was beautiful as it was lined with Louis Vuitton leather. The hotel also smelled wonderful (I know that sounds like a weird thing to say but it really did). My stay there was very special. The location was perfect, about a 2 min walk from the Tower and some amazing shops near by too. It is located near some really nice restaurants as well.

Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. Close to most attractions and eating places. Close to metro. -

All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Its location is perfect for sightseeing and the Metro is just a few metres from the hotel, enabling you to access all of central Paris very easily and cheaply. -

The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and
friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large
balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but
no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was
slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being
used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew
all of this in advance so did not complain. Plus it was 9am and we

Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a silver teapot to make coffee in the room:) the location was great, you can walk along one of the most beautiful roads to go to Eiffel. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.

On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.
