I loved the staff at this hotel. The front desk was very helpful. Especially a lady named Mili. The front desk in general guided us about train stations, restaurants and everything else that we needed. The location is spot on with the metro station right next door. We had a change of plan and extended the trip by two more days but they were sold out. Still they called up other hotels in vicinity and got us reservation. The other hotel was right next door and had bigger room but still was terrib

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -

eighth floor. The room is very very comfortable and nice. THere is a
very good view and you can enjoy the view of paris. Although the lift is
broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage

The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away.
I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

The location is just couldnt be better. Common areas are very basic, but
the room was just exellent. I booked single room and I ve got a huge
room with 3 single beds, big flat tv, spacious bathroom and a separate
toilet. Nice light in the room. Everything u need. I would definitely

This hotel is almost brand new. My husband and I loved the design and
our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff
were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels
in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the
hotel, and highly recommend it!
