location, friendly staff, great breakfast with home made preserves, fruit, fresh bread.
Mix of old and new, nice bathroom, plenty of room to spread out.

Stayed here over night, I was upgraded to a better room, on top floor,
free of charge w/o my request! Room was really nice & quite
(which is always important), no view though. Breakfast was ok for
€19/person. I would recommend walking to Paul's though! Valet
parking (€19) was a plus. Bed comfort was average. Staff were hospitable
& helpful

Very comfortable room. Nicely decorated. Clean bathroom and great shower. Centrally located.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walked to the room with me and showed me the room. When requested new wifi password the staff was very helpful and brought up the new password at the middle of the night.

Very quiet location in this lovely city.the breakfast room tables were
laid out with nice china although as with most french hotels we think
that breakfast is a bit pricey. -

The rooms were well laid out and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom good and the staff were terrific. Very welcoming, helpful and spoke excellent English (our French was not as good as their English). The location is great. We wholeheartedly recommend Le Patricia to all travellers. Par excellence. Very central location, few minutes away from city center, grocery store, cabel car and 10 minutes walk to train and bus central station. Excellent value.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Télévision écran plat, 30 chaînes,produits de toilette, peignoir, situation de l'hôtel en plein centre,tout cela pour 60 euros ! - La chambre était propre, accueillante et confortable. Je le conseille vivement à quelqu'un seul souhaitant se relaxer sans payer une fortune.

Nice apartment-style hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and suites. Location just by the Mounier tram station is very convenient, only few minutes from the center of the city (and the tram system in Grenoble is very good).
