  The apartment is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Apartments are comfortable, clean and fresh it looks like it was built only weeks ago. Another big plus is the hotel i - This was my third stay at Almandine. Lov it. Location is perfect, just off the main square and 5min walk from the Charles bridge. Easy to reach all the sites from here. Staff was so helpful, and the food was terrific. Apartments were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it.

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Beautiful, quiet, countryside location with very easy access to Prague (5 - 10 minutes to drive to subway station and then about 20 minutes to center of Prague). Excellent breakfast each morning, including fresh buns/bread, eggs (different style every morning), meats, cheese, jams, baked item, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Host and his wife were - We enjoyed our stay at Alt Pension. The owners from this family hotel are very friendly, and they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. The rooms are very big, quied and beds are good. We especially liked the diner, it was really one category higher dan you can expect from other hotels. The prices are also good. Don't expect to be very close at prague, but it's perfectly reachable by bus/metro or by P/R with the car and then the metro. (+/- 30minutes)
