  I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

  Loved the location, it was PERFECT! The size of the apartment was perfect, we had 4 adults and 2 children. The parking situation wasn't a hassel, we drove a mini van and had paid for a parking spot but the van was too big for the hotel's garage so we were given a voucher to another garage. Good facilities, with free tea, coffee and juice provided throughout the day and evening. Buffet breakfasts good, especially croissants which were better than many I have tasted in Paris.

  The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. The bathroom was immaculate, probably recently refurbished. Breakfast is pret - Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well. For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too. Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.
