The décor and themed features of the apartment were super! Clean and modern. Air conditioning perfect for those really hot days. Situated away from the busy centre but not to far to walk. Staff were very helpful and the complementary bottle of bubbly wine and note to apologise in advance for the corridor floor work was perfect after our long 5hr journey and late arrival! All very comfortable and would love to come again (probably without the children to really enjoy the rather luxurious experie

It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel.
Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage,
courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini
suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary
facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the
kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars &
excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Mary's Travel was thoroughly professional. The flat was clean and very comfortable. Despite the busy location on Karlovy, it was quiet because it faces the back. We used their transfer service. Driver was punctual and courteous. A great experience! -

My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great!

The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.

The apartment was excellent. Its location a few blocks from the old town square is perfect, the neighbourhood is safe, and you may walk easily from there to major Prague attractions. Fantastic apartments, clean and good facilities, great location for old and new town in safe area with bars and resturants near by. The owner was so helpful when we emailed prior to our stay he helped organise transfers etc. Great choice all round.

Serviced apartments, not a hotel, but this actually suited us better as we were able to prepare a cooked meal one night. Comfortable beds, everything was clean. We were able to check-out around 9pm to catch a midnight train as no one had booked for that night so that was handy. Staff very friendly upon arrival. -

As a seasoned traveller, I can say - hand on heart this was one of the best mini break experiences I have encountered worldwide. The transfers from and to the airport were perfect. The owners Hana and Vaclav were friendly, informative and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed.
