Location is perfect. we walked everywhere with two children of 4 and 6 years of age. Staff polite and very helpful. Very good communication with them prior to arrival (arrangement of parking). App very comfortable and spacious.
Just some minor things: some washing machine powder would be useful / very strong disinfect smell in the app. But anyhow, I would definitely choose the app again.
The apartment is very close to the Old town but in a very quiet street.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable - available 24/7. Found the location to be superb - walking distance to all major sites. Convenient use of their car service from airport and train station was very good. Renovated studio room with lovely bathroom and useful kitchenette was nice. Quiet and safe building.
Wi-Fi worked only in the kitchen area, not bedroom. Full length mirror would also be an asset.

Great location with walking distance to Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and Tesco. You won't miss any great restaurant, cafe and boutique shop around. Staff were super helpful with prompt reply everytime before our arrival and arranged the airport transfer service!! Rooms are super clean especially bathroom.
Furniture and decoration are a little bit old. clean service costs 13EURO.
Perfect for young couples. You can see the Charles Bridge from the attic. The only downside of it is that they put the sugar and salt sachets altogether. My husband made a cup of tea and added salt instead of sugar on it. For 30 seconds we though Czech tea was disgusting!!!! Andrew was very nice and his tips were very useful. When we visit Prague again, we will definitely stay at this place again.
The furnitures and the rooms are really nice and confortable. The location is perfect, just in the hearth of romantic Prague city center!!!

The room was huge and felt very welcome on arrival. There is a supermarket right behind the apartment which is convenient.
When using our shower the water flooded the bathroom and then into the kitchen. The lady from reception came straight up and put some drain cleaner down but this didn't completely solve the issue. The bath was lovely though.

very good experience. It's a very nice studio with a bathroom and a kitchen, in the city center. Five minutes walk to the old square. You can cook in the room. It's superb.

As an attic it was around 30 steps from the living room to the room so quite some exercise as also was it the 3rd floor. Low celing again was a bit of an issue but we manage for 3 days as a young couple. The drain was a bit smelly but it looks like it was a general issue in Prague.

Only 2 parking lots. so its always full (no problem if you're without a car)

1.There should be a big mirror for whole body in the room. 2.No elevator...But I think all the old hotels like this don't have elevator. 3.There's no air conditioner in the room, so I don't think it will be a good idea to come in summer. xD
Our apartment was quite large, and was modern and clean. We got a transfer from airport, which I'm glad we did because it might have been a bit hard to find on our first day... It's in a reasonably quiet street and is in a brilliant location. We just walked around the corner and we were in the Old Town Square. Staff were really great too.
Nothing much...a bit of noise from outside and a slightly uncomfortable bed, but I'm really nitpicking here. This apartment was fantastic value for money.
Everything! The location is amazing - just a couple of minutes to the Charles Bridge. We loved the interior, the atmosphere, we had everything we need, the combination between modern and ancient was breathtaking too - ceilings from 12th century and minimalist white furniture, it could not be better :) Oh, and the beds - 5 stars for comfort.

We had such a wonderful time in this apartment. Perfect location, only 5min walking to the Old Town square and Charles Bridge. Nice and big rooms with design furniture. Perfect service and 24 hours reception. I left my ring in the room, and staff responsed my email so quick and send it back to me to Australia. Definitly will stay in this apartment next time in Prague.
We stayed in a top floor apartment which was beautifully mainteined, tastefully furnished and clean. Well -eqquipped kitchen. Its central but peaceful location ment it was a perfect base from which to explore all the Prague's famous sites ( 5 minutes to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge). Kind and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment was in the most perfect position just metres from the heart of the old city but so quiet behind it big gate and lovely courtyard. One of the best spots we have stayed in after 80 nights in Europe.
The apartment is lovely and has lots of room with two bedrooms. The location in the center of "old town" is terrific for exploring. The staff are very helpful and actually came and found us and guided us into this hard to find location - all the streets are narrow as you expect in a historical old city and we were a little lost - but they were more than kind in helping us enjoy our stay in Praque. We would stay there again for sure!
Nothing - other than the challenge of driving and parking in an old town - but that was to be expected.
The apartment staff guided us very well to this difficult to find location! They even waited for us in a nearby street that was easier to find. We loved the two apartments we rented. They were modern, spacious, nicely decorated but still authentic and the beds were comfortable. The location was at the end of a quiet street but right in the center of the city. It has a gate which is closed at night and our car was parked right in front of the building within the gated area. Knowing that the apartment building was built on the oldest foundation in the city made it very special. We enjoyed the contemporary cafeteria in the building next door with very sweet owners, they have the entrance to the excavations of the oldest house which you can visit. Shopping and historic sites are all within minutes walk. If we come back to Prague and there are normal temperatures, we would definitely stay here again.
-There is no air-conditioning, while we were there the outside temperature was rising to 33 degrees celsius during the day, It was too warm at night in the apartments, which made it hard to sleep. - With the windows open you will hear noise from the streets around the apartment the whole night, especially during the weekends. If you can keep the windows closed you hardly hear anything.
Perfect location, good room space and devices. All you need for a good time in Prague.

The toilet extraction fan is not enough
Very stylish apartment and very comfortable in a perfect location in a quiet street in the historic centre of Prague.
Only heavy doonas on the bed and after repeated request for a top sheet and blankets as it was hot, we were told they had no other bedding.
- Location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk to the town square and the Charles Bridge. - The apartment itself is well-furnished. - Staff were very helpful and friendly. Though the apartment did not have an elevator, we did not have a hard time getting our big luggages upstairs because the staff volunteered to carry them for us. We did not even have to ask them.
- Dishwashing machine was moldy. The housekeeper should check it regularly to make sure it is always clean.
Really lovely place - one of the oldest buildings in Prague - wonderfully refurbished! Excellent view over city from attic room. One of the best locations you could hope for.

The appartment is big and modern and is situated in a very quiet area.The beds are very comfortable. It´s close to all tourist attractions. The staff was very kind and helpful. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was very cheap and arranged by the hotel.
We didn´t like the smell in one of the bedrooms. The appartment was on the third floor and there was no elevator. Could have been one more bathroom.

We loved the space and the location. We loved the facilities and the design of the rooms. We particularly liked the fact it was an old building that kept its character (beautiful ceilings ) with contemporary decor and furniture. We also loved the gallery/wine bar downstairs which should be promoted more as this was very quaint and romantic : )
As a group of friends it was difficult and time consuming to get ready due to one bathroom. This would have been easier if there was dressing areas in the bedrooms such as mirrors and sockets for toiletries. Having one bathroom wouldn't be a problem if these extras were added to the bedrooms : ) A set of draws in the smaller bedroom would also be very useful

The lokation of the hotel is very good,five minutes walking from the Charls Bridge,three minutes from the Tram stop.The rooms are very cozy and large and comfortable! The staff very frendly.

The staff were excellent. The location was very good indeed. The aprtment was clean and fully equipped. it was also gigantic. it's a shame it was such a quite building or it would have been a perfect party pad. :) I would certainly stay there again, but with a bigger group of people. Great place.

This place is just lovely - the most perfect location, and a really beautiful apartment that's fantastic value for money. You're only a few moments from the old town square, the Charles Bridge, and a host of shops and pubs, yet it's very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are fabulous - our apartment had an amazing painted ceiling, spiral staircase up to a beamed attic bedroom, and amazing views but also all the mod cons and a very useful kitchen. Both rooms were very spacious and well furnished, and the building itself is beautiful too. A few reviews have mentioned a bad smell in the bathrooms - you just need to run the taps for a minute and the smell disappears. I was concerned that arrival might be awkward as it sounded like there wasn't a reception desk, but it was the easiest thing in the world and there were very friendly and helpful people available every time we needed them. I'd recommend the shuttle service when you arrive, but it's actually very easy to get there by tube and bus too. Seriously, if you're staying in Prague - stay here!
The location was great to get to all the sites. We did the free castle and free city tour which was only 5 minutes away from our hotel. The photos were very true to the apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom and had lots of room to move around. There was a closet in the living room for our coats and other things. We were only there for two days, so the dresser and closet was plenty of room for the five of us. We parked our car in the courtyard and it was convient. The kitchen was enough to make a quick meal. We had dinner one night and breakfast one day. It doesn't have lots of cooking utensil, but enough to make a meal. They sent me an email before I arrived to arrange for all the items needed. I had requested a child crib and a parking space. They didn't have it down, but they arranged it. They are quick to respond in email and person (while there) to any questions or concerns. We drove there and our garmin took us down a road that doesn't exist. It was a pedestrian walk only due to the size. So I walked to the apartment and one of the workers there actually came with us to help navigate us to the hotel. It was absolutely wonderful because I don't think we would have made it there on the first try even with the new directions. It crazy drive in the city to get to the apartment. The apartment is secluded down the end of a road, but right in the mist of everything around. They provide the trashbags, dish soap, towels, toaster, water heating machine, coffee maker. There is a Tesco supermarket not far from there. Once we got there we walked everywhere.
It took a little time to heat the whole apartment due to the size. The door are see through around the edges around the glass and my children thought it was great fun.
