The Rezidence Vysehrad was modern and quiet location The Room was clean, spotless, perfect size and comfortable. From the underground private parking free Metro a 5 minute walk and tram stop approximately the same.

WiFi signal in our room was pretty poor, but it works, when you find good spot.
Very clean and tasty, quiet location, wonderfull food in the restaurant with very good price - we did not try breakfast, but had excellent dinner and good coffee in the morning.
Very unfortunate peace of furniture under the television set - you easily break your toe-nail ... the only thing the owners should change.
Competent and friendly staff
I like this hotel. It is situated in very wonderful place. If I want going to central of Prana , you can do it( should use 18 bus) There are fitness club and spa in the resident. It is very comfortable, it is try . If I will go to Prana the second time, I would living in this beautiful residence.

Could not speak highly enough of the apartments, all for great value as well. If I return to Prague I will more than likely return to these apartments.
Nicely located next to the beautiful citadel park. Only 30 minutes walk to the city via the park and along the river. Great view on Prague. Excellent parking facilities. Profesional staff.

The staffs are all very nice. The parking garage is definitely a big plus if you have car.

The shower was in a very strange position so that you couldn't wash you full body having to take it off the wall and manuall shower yourself .

very peaceful surrounding nearby Vysehrad National Cultural Monument if you wanna get rid of tourist crowds after day trip in city center. Size of room is good enough for my family with my daughter. Metro nearby. Sauna is a plus. Good private parking lot underneath of hotel.

We found Rezidence Vysehrad to have everything we needed for and excellent stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning. I had been in touch prior to our stay requesting information about how to get there via train. All requests were handled promptly

Most everything was great. Location, view ....... oh the view is fantastic. Breakfast on second day was really good as it was buffet style. Room really clean initially but....
Room was clean upon arrival, but the second day they didn't sweep, dust or vacuum when servicing the room. Breakfast via menu on the first day of the stay was not so good. On the second day with the buffet it was a lot better. For western standards the staff was a little abrupt at times. Wait staff in the café seemed ambivalent to the guests.
Nice and clean. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
If you want a view or air conditioning, be sure to request Block B. We were in Block A and had neither.

Vysehrad is nicely located to the Congres Centre in Prague and connected by Metro Line c you are within a few minutes in the city centre. As well for business or with family +kids you can nicely, privately and very comfortable stay here with very nice and personal staff who really take care of you and support your needs at any time!

Everything! The room is big, modern, very well equipped and comfortable. There is a free underground parking. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The owner give a lot of attention to make sure you get a enjoyable stay.

Apartment style with spacious patio if on ground floor. Good sized bedroom, cupboards, fully equipped kitchenette and full sized bath. Quiet location near Visyerad park, easy 10 min walk to Visyerad metro. Free wifi. Good breakfast from a good restaurant.
Shower in tub not placed properly, gets the floor wet. Unusual position for TV, I kicked my toes into the TV cabinet three times, painful consequences. Staff get things done, but cold. Toiletries not replenished until told.
The hotel is very clean and comfurt, position is 3 stops to the city center. Due to the pubilc transfer is very good in Praha, there is no need to live in the city center I think.
Pls dont try the breakfast in this hotel. Too expansive and not worth the price.
Great location: close to transport/roads, far from major traffic / noise. Comfortable rooms. Underground parking.
Very low service level. Staff was unresponsive. In winter time it's either too cold or too hot in the rooms (thermostat fault). In summer it will be very noisy, because there is no ventilation. Expect noise from traffic and from park. Note: Not only breakfast is not included in the price, but also consumption/utilities. By the end of stay you get a bill saying "water/heat/bla-bla-bla" - have never seen such stuff in hotels. Also, I have been charged for breakfast I did not have - be aware.

they did not make up the room one of the days of my stay, and did not refill the minibar. Customer service is poor
Good location, free parking, nice staff, good service, perfect for city visits as well as for the business.
Not possible to pay in EUR with payment (credit) card - exchange rate set by the hotel needs to be used, breakfast has to be ordered (i.e. you need to wait for it) and starting at 8am. Also quite expansive breakfast not included in the price of the apartment (price of the lunch in the centrum)
