The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

There were no instructions for TV handling, so I was not able to watch TV (but it was not a big problem), and the cleaning lady came everyday, eventhough it was said in information about the apartment, that the cleaning is not done everyday. I felt a little bit disturbed in my privacy.

Very smooth arrival, nice receptionist, well fitted apartment with hairdryer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fast WIFI... very comfoprtable stay. Quiet as well, and next to the centre. Bed could be more modern though, but was comfortable. My cat also felt very welcome.

I called a taxi with the help of the receptionist, and was not informed that they are working with a private hotel taxi company, where the price is nearly double the normal fare. Not a big issue, but would have been good to know before paying. The taxi driver was extremely friendly and helpful though.

The property was nice and clean and well located, just walking distance to the sites. Definitely good value for money.

Monika at reception was very friendly and helpful trying to arrange secure parking for my motorcycle and got permission from her manager for me to park in the entrance corridor off the street. Large apartment with washer/dryer and free WiFi.

It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. For being in a big city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night. It was great to have two separate rooms with lots of space.

TV was difficult to use (only CNN was in English but that is common throughout the country). The bathroom in very cramped because they put the washing machine right in front of the toilet so very little room.

Easy access, close to the main attractions in Prague. The apartment is beautiful

WiFi was unstable and TV just worked the first day (I didn't even complain, but for some people TV matters). The only thing that really annoyed me was the fact that they made only HALF of the double bed. I always travel solo and have never seen this

Spacious apartments with a well-stocked kitchen. Rooms were clean with ample storage room.

Free parking is not available. The street in front of the apartment is rather narrow, making it difficult to load/unload without blocking traffic.

The apartment was a good price in a prime location. The staff were friendly and helpful and respected our privacy.

The furniture, bedding and towels were quite worn.
