I liked the fact that the hotel room had wifi and was also free to use, the staff were really friendly and polite, the rooms were clean, also had good location only being 10 min walk to old town square

the only slight negative was I wasn't that keen on the breakfast there wasn't much choice of hot food

The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat. We had a late flight on check out day and the hotel was happy to store out bags safely for free so we could fully enjoy our last day. Finally, there was free wine avaliable when we arrived back in the evening to take a glass up to our room. All in all a great place to stay. I fully recommend!!

Really friendly small family run hotel, always willing to provide recommendations etc. Hot drinks and white wine available free of charge. Really central location

People not allowed to smoke in the rooms so they move into the corridor instead, so everyone can share the experience!

Very helpful and friendly staff; very close to centre of town...but not too close to have noise of traffic and tourists, all sights are in walking distance. Wonderful old "feel" hotel which just added to Prague's charm

Ran out of soap bars after a couple days, wished they were replaced. But this is a very minor issue, the place was absolutely great.

Even the hotel policy said that child under 12 yrs stay free with no extra bed but they did charged for my 10yrs old son

Only 1 pillow....would recommend hotel to place two pillows for each person, otherwise it feels slightly uncomfortable....

Location was close to the centre of Prague and easy reach of most tourist sites. Room adequate for purpose Staff cooperative. Breakfast satisfactory

House rules prevented use of the garden after 10.00pm. Lights out!

The hotel is nice in excellent location, cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive

The reception staff could be more helpful in terms of information on best ways to reach different parts of the city (including public transport info). Some of the reception staff hardly speaks English/Russian which limits possibilities of communication.

Great location near main square. Hotel organised transfer from the airport and return which was an excellent service. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch for the price and breakfast was well stocked and very nice

This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good. I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

Tremendous staff and would like to say a big thank you to Patrick and Thomas (among others) for such a welcoming/warm reception and throughout our stay, nothing they wouldnt do. Location was perfect to all main attractions and the hotel was very clean and extremely well heated, you will not go cold.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel was fantastic. We were upgraded for free to the honeymoon room and it was beautiful and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was varied and fresh and the coffee was delicious.

Because we were there in the winter the heat was on full blast all night and we had to open the windows to sleep comfortably. The heat was great though when we came in from a cold walk.

Not a 4 star hotel at all, I believe those who have high ratings never stayed in a real 4 star. Standard rooms are worse than a hostel room, very bad sleep quality. If you have health problems,dont book a standard room Breakfast is just low quality. Not recommended.
