I had a couple of problems with the bathroom and the hotel called someone immidiately
paid (not free) wifi on the rooms
Everything is perfect here.
Location of the hotel is great. very near the Rupubliky Namesti Station. Aside from that, it is right beside Palladium mall, and most importantly, very near old town (where you can find the astronomical clock, tyn church, etc).
The hotel also has an elevator which is a very big plus for us since we carry big luggages.
There's no room wifi. There is a wifi at the reception though although my wife's email account got hacked while using the said wifi.
We requested queen bed but we got two twin beds instead.
The hotel is centrally located. The airport shuttle and the
international bus stand are very close. The hotel is located in a old
building as a result luggage has to be taken up stairs. Not friendly for
physically handicapped at all. Another problem was that Prague was warm
and there was no fan or ac in the room
The best thing about this hotel is the perfect location just next to the
Palladium & powder tower and walking distance to both old and new
towns; Some rooms have excellent street view
Disgusting breakfast ... orange juice and milk taste like water; No air
conditioner for extremely hot summer days; No fridge; Pay extra for Wifi
in rooms and only works for one device; Some rooms have weak Wifi signal
& receptionist says it's a problem with your phone ! Had to
change my room !
Easy to reach hotel that is located around the city centre. Perhaps not
the nicest or cleanest hotel around, but it's not expensive and it
has whatever you need after a day of walking around Prague. The
breakfast also had plenty to offer, which is good for the hungry and
The tidiness of the room - dirty blankets, holes in the curtains and a
general smell of smoke and old sweat throughout the room and corridors.
This was definitely not the room they used for the stock photo'S.
