The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. They were very helpful. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help.
The room is big enough for 5 people (we were four).
The room is cleaned every day.

The front desk was open 24/7 - very convenient for late check in/early check out. Very good location - 5-7 min from Museum metro station. Kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle. TV, WiFi. Towels and soap (shower gel) in the shower. Very friendly staff. -

The receptionists were highly competent and helped us. It was not far from Vaczlavska square (5-10 minutes by walking).The room was not very large, but quiet comfortable, there were towels for each person. Spoons, forks, cups and knives were not the same, like they have stolen it from someone :) Also their exchange course from euro to czech crones

The room was spacious and very clean. There were corner shops to provide for our self-catering breakfast. The facilities were adequate. The staff gave us advice whenever we sought it.

The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old classical buidling. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and big enough. Breakfest is in a very nice sunny room, and very sufficient. Wifi connection sufficient. I was very happy to be there because it was cheap and very near to the Metro "Museum"

Most of all I like the staff of Balbin hotel. It is the most hospitable and friendliest of all hotel staffs I have ever seen.
The location of the hotel is also great. I think that this hotel is a great value for money. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I come to Prague.

The location can hardly be better with the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Mala Strana all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the garage, while a bit expensive, is a must for this part of town if one is driving into Prague.
