  We only stayed in this apartment one night, with a very last-minute (same day) booking, but were really impressed with the place. All the lighting, fittings and decoration are beautiful, the bed was comfy, and we enjoyed the complementary fruit and coffee. If you prefer self-catering this is much, much nicer than an equivalent hotel for the price.... ce que les gens disent » We arrived around 6.30pm and were met by a very friendly host who was exceedingly helpful with regard to making us feel at home and find our way arou - The owner was extremely helpful, very friendly and warm. He was very kind to organise the taxi transfer from Split airport and let us leave our suitcases in the apartment before the actual check in time. We arrived late in the evening with a little toddler and had to organise something to eat. Pave showed us where the nearest supermarket is and where we could get a take away. He made us feel very welcome.

  Nice clean apartment. The owner was really helpful and guided us in our rental car to the apartment and also wrote on a map for us how to get to the rental car dropoff afterwards. Apartment was very clean and tidy, with a small kitchen area. Great shower! Brilliant location close to the station and harbour (the owner showed us a cut through to the... ce que les gens disent » station, you can cross over the tracks to get to the harbour). Was nice and quiet at night as not in the Old town. Would stay here again. - The apartment was clean and sufficiently furnished to the point that my fiance, who is a very good cook, was able to go to the local market, pick out fruit, vegetables, and fish and prepare it in the Bregovita 13 apartment kitchen to the quality of what she could do in her own kitchen. You can't beat the location. It is 150 meters from a cool beach that has tons of cafes, restaurants, and little vendors as well as 15 minutes (max) walking to the Diocletion palace area.

  Great staff, lovely rooms with parquet floors, what looked like New bathrooms (spa showers) good breakfast with plenty of choice, excellent location five minutes from the centre of split. - Very friendly staff, good location, quiet rooms (on the courtyard side at least).

  I loved the location, and I loved the owners. They were so friendly and hospitable! I was worried because I had read about the noise from the train tracks....but really it was nothing. Unless you are expecting to sleep on a farm in dead silence,it is just normal city noise. You can also hear the boats hooting from the harbour which adds atmosphere... ce que les gens disent » ! Also directly located across from the ferry port, bus and train terminals, which gives direct access to island hopping and exploring other cities around split. Staff was excellent. Very friendly.   Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better space really. It even had a couch to chill out on. Friendly owner - Great location with a large comfortable room at a great price, could not have asked for more.

  Ivo and Ive are amazing. They were gracious hosts opening their home to travelers world-wide. I stayed there on tow separate occasions and both times my expectations were greatly met. I will have to comment on their willingness to give travel and cultural information about the surrounding areas. Michael - The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers.

  Very happy with all aspects of my stay. Really liked the location within the palace walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. - Good location. It is easy to walk around the center of the city. Modern facilities. The room doesn't have enough space, but very comfortable.
